The training sessions offered by TURN is experiential and learner centric, which means it's driven by them. It is interactive in nature and follows the Kolb's theory of experiential learning, providing every participant an opportunity to contribute while learning.

The session revolves around the client, who takes responsibility and comes prepared to have an open, honest conversation. The coach listens and asks questions based on what has been revealed. The goal oriented approach is highly rewarding.

What goes into a good coaching conversation?
