How many hours does it take for a good coaching conversation?

The session revolves around the client, responsible and prepared to have an open, honest conversation. The coach listens and asks questions based on what has been revealed. The goal oriented approach is highly rewarding.

What goes into a good coaching conversation?

We start by talking to the staff to understand their pain points. We then design & draft a plan. Once approved we integrate individual and group approaches to help them move forward.
